When will I get my order?
When we get an order from you we will immediately send it to be produced and shipped to you. Our processing time is up to 7 working days. Please allow this time when ordering. Shipping time depends on the location. It usually takes up to 14-21 business days (Europe & USA), 21-30 business days (International) to deliver an order, after which it’s shipped out. This store is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
[Covid-19] When will I get my order?
Our fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. It’s difficult to predict the shipping times.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us with your order number.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line.
I only received a part of my order, what does that mean?
Due to our different international factories, you may receive your order in separate packages. If you happen to receive just a part of your order, stay calm, the rest is on its way!
Shipping Fees:
We ship internationally. The shipping fee for USA is 5$+ (2$* for each item) and for the rest of the world is 8$ + (4$* for each item).
Customs fees:
We ship internationally and depending on your country of residence it may incur customs fees when the package arrives at your country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors determined by your country of delivery. Check your country guideline for this. Possible fees will be paid by customer.
What’s your return policy?
All sales are made to order and thus final. We don’t offer returns and exchanges. Every extra package counter to our emphasis on sustainability and has a carbon footprint. Wrong address or unclaimed packages can not be refunded. Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues. We will send your order to be produced immediately so in most cases it won’t be possible to modify it after it has been sent.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us within a 24 hr time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. This includes items that are majorly defective, e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, or majorly damaged. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges.According to your request, we print the exact number and size of items based on the orders that came in, and we will not have extras. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know within 24 hr after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll replace your item, or issue a refund.
At Aurorify sustainability is important. Therefore Instead of mass production which is not environmentally friendly because it uses large amounts of energy and creates large amounts of waste and pollution, we have adopted a much more sustainable business model where most of our products are made to order.
In this model we don’t keep all of our products in stock at our warehouse, so when we get an order from you we will produce it and ship it to you. Yes, this model has some drawbacks as well including the delivery time which will be longer, but considering how sustainable it is for the ecosystem we think is worth it.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with our fulfillment partner companies with facilities worldwide but mainly within EU or USA and a few in Asia.
